​​Group Pilates matwork and Buff Bones® classes run on Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings during term time at :

Private 1:1 or 1:2 sessions can be booked on demand.
Class Timetable Autumn 2024 

​MONDAYS
Mixed Ability Pilates - 9:30am - 10:30am
Mixed Ability Pilates - 10:45am - 11:45am
​​Beginner's / Refresher's Pilates - Noon - 1pm

THURSDAYS
Buff Bones® (Restorative Level) - 9:30am - 10:30am
Private 1:1 or 1:2 sessions - From 10:45am

FRIDAYS
Buff Bones® (Improver/Intermediate) - 9:30am - 10:30am
Private 1:1 or 1:2 sessions - From 10:45am - 11:45am
Beginner's / Refresher's Pilates - Noon - 1pm

PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS TO ENABLE A PROMPT START.

Prices

Discounted block booking: 
Group classes cost £12 each when paying in advance in blocks of 5 - 7 weeks
​(typically corresponding with school half-terms). E.g. 6 classes taken over 6 weeks costs £72

Further discounts are available if you would like to do more than one class each week, which many people do. E.g. 12 classes taken over 6 weeks (2 classes per week / £11pc) costs £132.

Pay-per-class rate: A pay-per-class rate of £15 per class can be paid if you are unable to make a full block of classes (subject to available space in the class). The Pay-per-class rate is not available for Beginner's Classes. 

Payment for group classes must be made in advance of starting a block of classes. Your place in a class can be reserved once your payment and enrolment form have been received. Payment can be made by online bank transfer or cheque.

“I love my pilates sessions with Worth Pilates. I turn up to the class feeling a little bit stiff and leave feeling as though I have been gently stretched, warmed up and relaxed, my body works better and I feel uplifted. Each class is different and tailored to those people attending and Karen keeps a very watchful eye on the class to make sure everyone knows how to carry out the exercises but also makes sure they work within their own limitations.
