My classes at Bramble Hall are welcoming and fun and my lovely clients come back year after year (some of them have been with me now for 10 years!!).
In this, our 10th Anniversary year, my goals are still the same : I love to help people feel better in their bodies, move well, stand tall & reduce their aches and pains. It continues to be my mission to share the many benefits of Pilates with my clients and teach them how to understand their bodies, stay strong, avoid injuries and prevent or manage wear-&-tear in their joints.
10 years on from my initial training with Body Control Pilates® I now have even more tools under my belt to help you achieve your fitness goals, manage chronic conditions and restore that inner strength that Pilates is so famous for.
