Sessions can be chair or desk-based if you are, for example, working out in an office or mat/floor-based if you have a suitable space to lie down in. As long as you have an uncluttered space to move around we can get started, but to enhance your Pilates experience and really get the most out of every exercise, ask about purchasing the Small Equipment Bundle (containing head cushions, resistance bands, and other small pilates equipment that can really get your muscles working and improve your Pilates experience).
Classes are held via Zoom and can be for individuals, pairs or small groups. Before booking you will be asked to complete an enrolment form where you can give details of any injuries or medical conditions as well as describing any exercise goals you may have.

Also returning soon are my recorded "Vimeo" sessions for existing face-to-face who may be unable to make some of the live classes or as a top up to your weekly sessions. Recorded Vimeo sessions can also be provided for online clients as a supplement to your live online sessions with me, spurring you on to keep up your practise between meetings.
