Class times, dates and fees

Group pilates classes run every Monday and Friday mornings at Bramble Hall, Balcombe (RH17 6HR).  
Beginner & Private sessions can be booked on demand.
  • Mixed ability group class - Monday  9:30am - 10:30am
  • Mixed ability group class - Monday 10:45am - 11:45am
  • 1:1 sessions / Beginners (on demand)- Monday 12pm - 1pm​
  • Mixed ability group class - Friday 9:30am - 10:30am
  • Gentle Seated Exercise class for the Over 75s - Friday 10:45am - 11:45am**

Group classes cost £10 each when paying in advance in blocks of 5 - 10 weeks (corresponding with school terms). Alternatively, a drop-in rate of £12 per class can be paid (subject to available space in the class).

Private 1:1 or 1:2 sessions
Even if group classes work well for you, it is often valuable to book a private session every now and then, to brush up on your technique or focus on particular 'problem areas'. 1:1 sessions enable me to tailor the exercises to your personal needs and work at a pace that is just right for you.
  • 1:1 sessions - £40 for 1 hour.
  • 1:2 sessions - £60 for 1 hour (£30 each).

​"I think I have benefitted enormously from the class, not least because the injury to my leg/hip area seems have completely disappeared. I was beginning to think I was on the way to needing an artificial hip.  Our one to one session was a good introduction to Pilates and left me with quite a lot to think about particularly getting the breathing right (which I still don't always manage) and which muscles to engage in the various movements."

Monday 9:30am and 10:45am
Monday 9th September - Monday 21st October (7 weeks)
Monday 4th November - Monday 16th December (6 weeks).
No class on 2nd December.

Friday 8th November - Friday 13th December (6 weeks)


Winter/Spring Term 2020
Monday 9:30am and 10:45am
Monday 13th January - Monday 10th February (5 weeks)
Monday 24th February - Monday 30th March (6 weeks)

Friday 9:30am and 10:45am
Friday 10th January - Friday 7th February (5 weeks)
Friday 28th February - Friday 3rd April (6 weeks)

Payment for group classes must be made in advance of starting a block of classes. A place in a class can only be reserved once your payment and enrolment form have been received. Payment can be made in cash, cheque or by online bank transfer. 

​Payment for private 1:1 or 1:2 sessions should be made on the day (24 hour cancellation fees apply).  ​

Summer Saturday Classes: Mixed ability classes often run on Saturday Mornings during August. Email or call to find out more.
​2019 dates: 10th August 9:30-10:30.
